How to create Journeys
Create from template: With this option you can select a template that is already populated with placeholders to give you an idea of how to structure your Journey for sales, fundraising, onboarding, team meetings, or other use cases.
-
This option is best for sales, customer success, founders or marketers who already have content, i.e. links, videos, PDFs, slide decks, images, miro boards, spreadsheets, documents, written outlines, etc.
Convert existing presentation, PDF, slide deck, or document: With this method you can upload a PDF or copy and paste text and we will convert the content into a Journey! Note that if you have Google Slides, Google Doc, Notion, or PPT, you will want to first export as a PDF or copy and paste the text
-
This option is best for users who have limited content, i.e. a Google Doc with your notes, an outline in Notion, an old slide deck that needs to be revamped, etc.
-
This method can also be used if you have a blog post or a page of your website that you want to turn into a Journey - simply copy and paste the text
Create with AI ('Automagic'): With this option, you describe the topic or subject you want to cover. The AI will then generate a presentation complete with relevant text and images based on your description.
-
This option is best for users who don't have any content whatsoever - they simply have an idea
Create a new blank Journey: This method is handy for sales pitches or client-specific presentations. Input the URL of your prospective client or partner (optional). The Journey editor will automatically create a section featuring your logo alongside your prospect's logo.
-
This option is best for users who have a use case other than sales, marketing, onboarding or fundraising/investor updates
Duplicate an Existing Journey: If you have a format or layout that worked particularly well, this option allows you to duplicate a successful Journey. Simply search for the Journey you wish to duplicate. You can also input a prospect's URL, and the system will automatically incorporate their logo into the Journey.
-
This option is usually best for users who are invited to an existing Journey account
